Karai does not appear in any of the games based on the 2014 movie, but her diary entries are present in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014 3DS game). She details how she was adopted by a man named Eric Sacks, and describes how he was once an altruistic man who slowly descended into madness. Although she followed his orders, she worried for her adopted father's sanity and morality. Karai does finally appear as a boss in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Legends, based on her Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (film) appearance.
