Tamagotchi! is an anime franchise series based on the virtual pet series. The series is licensed by Bandai and developed by OLM, inc. The first anime, Tamagotchi! premiered on TV Tokyo in 2009 and concluded in 2012. The series followed up with a second anime, Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream, which premiered on 2012 and ended a year later. The third anime, Tamagotchi! Miracle Friends, premiered in fall 2013.
