This council is divided into 5 Districts: 1. * Golden Gate District (Colma, Daly City, and San Francisco) 2. * Mission Peak District (Fremont, Newark, and Union City) 3. * Peralta District (Emeryville and Oakland) 4. * Tres Ranchos District (Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, and San Lorenzo) 5. * Twin Valley District (Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, and Sunol)
