The Japanese rock band Rize were partnered with Capcom to produce the songs "Gun Shot" and "Heroes Never Die" for the game. "Gun Shot" appears in the game credits, and was also used in the E3 2003 trailer. A version of "Heroes Never Die" without lyrics was used as the save room theme, with a lyriced version appearing on the gaeme's official website as a secret feature.
