Telemon was one of the three children of Cheiron the Satyr and Amalthea. Although his father was an immortal satyr, Telemon was born human and had met Hercules in his youth. Telemon was close with his brother Peleus and had a younger sister, Kora. Telemon and Peleus acted as unofficial guards to their home. When Hercules visited, they stayed up listening to Hercules' and their father's stories. They later witnessed as their father was healed and granted mortality by the circle of fire.
