Woodspiders were small spiders found in the Deepwoods. Their silk was, like the one of the very similar Nightspiders, prized for use in clothing, the sails of sky ships, the and other kinds of soft fabric. The silk was very light, but still tough enough to withstand the wind of Open Sky.
