Maximilian De Villiers is the current Chancellor of Columbia. Born in 1956 in New Paris to famed Field Marshall Napoléon De Villiers and Anne-Sophie De Villiers, he grew up living a life of preparing for his eventual military career in the Royal Army. He was accepted into the Marlotte Military Academy and received a commission as an armoured officer by 1977.
