Lava Bouncers are blue-like Podoboos that appear in Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2. They first appear in Good Egg Galaxy during King Kaliente's battle as allies to Kaliente and in Melty Molten Galaxy as regular enemies. They only appear after Mario knocks off King Kaliente's crown after the second hit where they surround the Magma Planet, hurting Mario upon contact. They also appear as enemies Boss Blitz Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2. These enemies are only defeatable with Star Bits. In both games, all Lava Bouncers vanish once King Kaliente is defeated.
