An extremely simple arm. Very lightweight but plagued with problems. This is the arm you put on if you don't want arms. It's the lightest and most energy efficient arm by far, but every other one of it's stats are abysmal. A common strategy is to put hand missiles on them and rely on your backweapons for damage. Otherwise, the defense and accuracy of these arms make them unusable.
