Seikōzoku are typically lonely people, viewed by those around them as beings with strange and mysterious powers, leading to prejudice and being hated and feared. They also seem to be strong proponents of change, even taking it into their own hands to change the world and bring it to peace; saying it is their duty as the "sacred race." In spite of their lonely lives, they appear to be people who are quite joyful and caring to those loyal to them. A Seikōzoku's power stems mainly from their desire to change the world around them and to protect all that is right. Rikudou states that a Seikōzoku's power manifests four times in one's lifespan; once the final fifth one is manifested, one has become a "complete" Seikōzoku.
