Penelope Pitstop is in London to deliver a painting to the Earl of Crumpet. Early in the episode, the Hooded Claw detains her in the Tower of London, underneath a group of hogs who gradually get heavier as they eat fresh corn. After Penelope escapes, she and the Ant Hill Mob again meet the Hooded Claw, but this time he is impersonating the earl. After drinking tea given to them by the fake earl, the mobsters become Hyde-like fiends who put Penelope into a death trap of their own. Finally, Penelope reaches the real Earl of Crumpet and gives him the painting.
