We need to give more attention to the unique assets of Pittsburgh. We need to draw out and capitalize on the things and institutions we have that are not easily replicated. * Steps need to be re-built, not torn down. We need to maintain steps and resources. * Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall and museum is an asset that needs to be utilized with better programming, funding and support. I'd propose a number of activities at S&S, including the building of a TV-studio, a sports / community lecture series, and musical activities.
