Janice Elise Parker, is a Hutori politician and a former english teacher. She is the former Prime Minister of Hutori, Deputy leader of the APR. Since 3885 she has been a Member of the House of Commons, she was also a local councillor between 3881 - 3885 originally being elected as an independent.
