The Emean Sea is a large body of water west of The Fringe and Mania in The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles. It borders the Fringe, the western side of Madgod's Boot, all of The Laughing Coast, and The Isle of Flame. Enemies are mostly Baliwogs and Starved Hungers at level 1-3, but more can come into the place depending on level. The coast behind The Fringe is both Manic and Demented, so enemies from Mania and Dementia can appear here.
