__NOEDITSECTION__ The Early Bird Certificate Package was released in the fourth quarter of 1977. It included a display for the first 12 figures from Star Wars, a sticker set, a Space Club card and the coupon for ordering the four Early Bird Set figures. These very first Kenner Star Wars action figures were released in February, 1978.
