Imperial Edict 1968C was a law created by the Sith Empire. During the Cold War, the edict was issued by the Ministry of Logistics following a Rakghoul plague outbreak on Tatooine. It authorized all Imperial personnel with terminating anyone that was infected by the Rakghouls or were carriers for the disease.
