The RG2571EX features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with deluxe sharktooth position markers. Components include two DiMarzio/IBZ humbucking pickups flanking a DiMarzio/IBZ single coil and a fixed bridge. The RG2570EX is a similar model with a double locking tremolo bridge. The RG2571EX was discontinued after 2004.
