Crom Hold was one of the seven Holds ruled by Fax. He'd acquired it through his marriage to Gemma, daughter of the previous Lord Holder. Crom is the location of the Minecrafthall, and is an important center of mining. The Hold is rather isolated during the winter months, particularly of Cromcoal, also called blackrock. It is known as a stronghold of bullies and mercenaries.
