Dream Girl was not originally one of the SW6 batch of Legionnaires who were discovered in the Dominators' SW6 laboratories. However, during the temporal anomalies that led up to the cataclyms of Zero Hour, Bouncing Boy, Star Boy and Dream Girl appeared within their ranks, with most of their colleagues remembering them as having been there all along.
