Level Four traders are unique settlers that can be recruited to work at your settlements living in various areas across the Commonwealth in 2287. These settlers, when assigned to specific Level 3 trading posts (emporiums), will upgrade them to Level 4. Doing this provides better items to trade, as well as more caps in your workshop.
