Soltok IV was the inhabited fourth planet in its star system. This system was located in the Demilitarized Zone. In 2370, Lieutenant Commander Calvin Hudson claimed that a Federation merchant ship fired upon by the Cardassians was transporting medical supplies to Soltok IV. Gul Evek claimed that the ship was carrying weapons and had refused to be boarded. (DS9: "The Maquis, Part I")
