Chinpei Nebraska appears in Trigun volume 2, chapter 11. He is one of the four Nebraska boys, and looks pretty normal for a Nebraska kid. He looks almost identical to his brothers Tonkichi and Kanta and wears the same armored suit allowing him to curl up into a relatively durable shot putt for his mother, Patricia to throw. He and his family were hired by Morgan to dispatch of an old couple in possession of a rather valuable patch of land. The money would've gone to bail out his brother Gofsef and his father from jail. He's the unlucky Nebraska boy to be shot out of the air, which effectively ends their offensive.
