Iron Sentinel is the most difficult unit to obtain within Metal Slug Attack, only available for purchase via the Mars Shop. As Mars Currency can only be obtained by trading in platinum evolved units, it is impractical to buy anything from the Mars Shop until multiple units are of platinum level. The items for the Iron Sentinel are also bought through the Mars Shop.
