Michael Botterill (born November 9, 1980, in Belleville, Ontario) is a professional Canadian football linebacker who is currently a free agent. He was selected in the sixth round with the 51st pick by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2003 CFL Draft. At that time, police stated in a release, officers were called to The Cove bar for a break and enter. Members of the Criminal Investigations Division deemed the report to be unfounded. The pair were arrested Monday and were released with court dates in March.
