The Gauss attachment is a small underbarrel attachment version of the M2014 Gauss appearing in Crysis 2. It uses electromagnetic fields to accelerate a skirted projectile to hypersonic velocities, minimizing bullet drop and defeating most kinds of armor by sheer kinetic force. It is only available for the SCAR. It can be found at the beginning of Corporate Collapse. The player may find it by using the visor to ID a SCAR by a burning truck/HUMVEE.
