Kevin Morris was son of Darlene Morris and brother to Ruby Morris, he was present at the abduction of Ruby Morris on the shores of Lake Okobogee in late 1993. After the incident Kevin began transcribing binary data strings from what appeared to be normal TV static. Fox Mulder hypothesized that whatever took his sister also touched Kevin allowing him to act as a conduit for these subliminal transmissions.
