Mr. Woo is the founder of the giant resort city of Wootropolis. He is also the main villain of the Weekly Story in the Tiki Chronicle. Mr. Woo's plans are quite clear, he intends to turn the entire Tiki Island into a vacationing hotspot no matter what the cost. Some of his more notable endeavors are the creation of the Woobots under Dr. Pendleton Cranium, experimenting with Spirits, and try to emigrate Tikians from the Tiki Village. Under his employment are the beautiful Veronica, and troupe of Sumo Wrestlers who serve as bodyguards. Mr. Woo has flying scouts all over Tiki Island and also has an elite group of four ninjas serving under him. He also has the unusual, and narcissist tendency of attaching his name to everything he funds.
