Wansalen is an Ayleid Ruin that appears in Auridon in The Elder Scrolls Online. Clearing this cave counts towards the "Auridon Explorer" achievement. To clear the cave the Vestige needs to defeat Nolonir, who is located in the bottom left corner of the map.
