Chief Running Water is a Native American chief of the Ute tribe. He was in the Season One episode, "Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut", and had a non-speaking role in "Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut". He also had a non-speaking background role in "201", present when Cartman learns his father's true identity.
