Judy Moore was the wife of murdered Marine Sergeant William Moore. She was devastated at his death and it was later revealed that she had been having an affair with her husband's best friend, Roger Caine while William had been serving in Iraq. As a result, Judy was pregnant with Roger's baby but after an intense interrogation, it was shown that neither Judy nor Roger were guilty although NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs opted to leave them in the same interrogation room for a long while, claiming that Sergeant Moore would appreciate it.
