The fight which took place at the Port of Baltimore or Baltimore Dock ultimately ended with Ziva killing Bodnar by throwing him from a great height, resulting in Bodnar dying when he landed onto some crates with Bodnar's death also avenging Ziva's father, Eli David and NCIS Director Leon Vance's wife, Jackie Vance who had been victims in the Attack on the Vance House.
