As long as the hero has a Spellbook, the high priests will teach them a spell. The spells that can be taught are Cold Ring, Death Wave, Fireball, Mass Bless, Mass Dispel, Paralyze, and View Heroes. There is no cost or battle, and it can be visited by more than one hero and player.
