[Source] Sevari Flashpistols were used and manufactured by the Sevari on Sevarcos II where ordinary blaster weapons were less effective, and sometimes even prone to power pack detonations, due to the flying sand particles that would become electrically charged during the violent sand storms of Sevarcos II. The Twi'lek Koh'shak carried a pair of Sevari Flashpistols.
