Sylvio Romulus was the right-hand man for the Haitian gang leader Legba, until his "death", when Romulus took over Legba's gang, but he also lied to and stole from Legba, to the tune of $500,000. When Legba returned to the United States and was revived, he came after his former partner for his money. Romulus turned over a case full of money to his "launderer", Bobby Profile, before Legba's people catch up to Romulus in an arcade and Baron Samedi kills Romulus with a pick-axe.
