Libby Putney, better known as Chanel #5, is a main character on Scream Queens. She is one of Chanel Oberlin's minions and a member of Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. At the end of The Final Girl(s), she, Chanel, and Chanel #3, are framed for the murders, and are put into a mental asylum, where she becomes best friends with Chanel. She is portrayed by Abigail Breslin.
