A Land-Speeder is a off-road and more durable variant of the Hover Car, which is mostly used on the planet Mars to reach outer towns and villages that do not have road connections. The Land-Speeders utilise more powerful Gravioelectric couplers, aswell as extra air-compressors which keep the vehicle at a constant distance above the ground, normally half a metre. Land-Speeders are generally used more for utilitarian transportation or exploration, and are very rarely used or seen in large cities or urbanised areas.
