The Mystic shield is a piece of magic armour worn in the offhand slot released with the Evolution of Combat. The only way to obtain it is to either buy it from the Robe store owner in the Wizards' Guild or from the Grand Exchange. It requires level 30 Defence to use and is the magic equivalent of the Mithril kiteshield.
