Edmonton House is an 11 storey tower block on Benmore Avenue on the Benmore estate in Birmingham. Built in 1965, the block contains 41 flats. Control of the housing stock on the estate, including the tower block, was transferred from Birmingham City Council to Optima Housing Association in the late 1990s, who then proceeded to extensively refurbish it.
