The Blacklist Attacks were a series of attacks on United States interests that happened in a six-month span within 2011 orchestrated by an organization known as The Engineers. During these attacks, the United States' top-secret clandestine operations unit Fourth Echelon were given orders by the President of the United States to stop the Blacklist Attacks.
