When you create a game through the iPad App, your game will be stored on the Server that hosts Disruptor Beam and Facebook games. This means that you can use all the links in the Free Stuff page that are for Disruptor Beam games. Players with existing games stored on the Facebook, Disruptor Beam, or Kongregate servers can play their existing games through the iPad App.
