Danial Tatum, code name Magno-Man, is a member of the Empire City Guard. He appears to be a Magneto style energizer. There they were confronted with the back of a silver-haired man in a three thousand dollar suit looking out the window at midtown. He might have been a partner at a high roller law firm, or brokerage house rather than a super hero in his fifth decade of hanging with the spandex crowd. The office certainly fit that image, there were no trophies of battles, or photographs of vanquished foes.
