Frontier Town Halim is a town in Wild Arms 4 following Dragon Fossil Mine, as the party ends up here after the destruction of Garra de Leon. This is where Jude Maverick is reunited with the rest of his fellow villagers from Ciel Shelter. The Synthesis Shop is located in Halim, where Jude can synthesize new items from the regents he has in his inventory. The BGM that plays during this town is Frontier Harim (Disc 3, Track 20).
