Jobasha is a Khajiit bookseller. He owns and runs the Jobasha's Rare Books, which is located in the Foreign Quarter's Lower Waistworks of Vivec City. His rare books are being guarded by an Ordinator, who was sent by Duke Vedam Dren. He works closely with Ilmeni Dren, and Charles the Plant, which produces Meteor Slime, is also in his shop.
