Malkoi was a Male Rodian gangster on the planet Abregado-rae during the Galactic Civil War. He attempted to kidnap Brinaloy N'Vaari so as to blackmail Governor A'jidre Skrigatov out of office. Governor Skrigatov wished to marry N’Vaari to tie up to give the illusion of amends after arranging for the assassination of her grandfather, the previous governor.
