You will need lots of cut Rubies and Gold Bars, and all of the Dragon Armor for the pieces you want to make. With a full inventory of rubies and a hammer, use one on an anvil. Select which type of Ruby Chainmail you want to make; different pieces require different numbers of rubies. With a hammer, dragon armor, and gold bars in your inventory, use a gold bar on a piece of dragon armor. Different armor pieces require different numbers of gold bars to plate.
