The Ancient Fairy Council is what seems to be the governing body of Fairy World. They, along, with Jorgen Von Strangle are responsible for enforcing Da Rules. Exactly how much power they have is unclear but it appears that they make the rules and Jorgen's job is enforcing them. There are four members and they are clothed in robes. They are, also, so powerful they don't need Magic Wands to use their magic. When The Darkness first appeared, they chose Turbo Thunder as the one who would battle with the The Darkness. They were first mentioned at the beginning of Season 6 in the special Fairly Odd Baby. They have thus far appeared in Wishology, Timmy's Secret Wish and A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up Timmy Turner.
