Using this ability, Charlie animates his tattoos and thus creates three-dimensional forms. The forms can leave his body from the tattoos, and function as if they exist completely naturally. Weapons can be created as well as biological matter. If Charlie is killed then all he has produced using this ability will also vanish at his death. The tattoos on his body appear as a part of his ability, meaning that he can create a new tattoo on his body whenever he likes and wishes to animate it. Charlie cannot animate two-dimensional forms created from ink which are not tattooed upon his body.
