Li Young (b. January 21, 1977) is the current Secretary of State for President Sang Isuel, and is known for her dispise of Chinese president Ju Hianto. Born into an middle class family in Pusan, South Korea, she enrolled into the Seoul University, and was chosen by Isuel to be his Secretary of State due to her final exam scores and her recent speeches condeming terrorism and the Chinese.
