Kiros Monroe is the leader and creator of the infamous villain group, Rogue Society, and is also the owner of Texas club, The Kingdom. He is a ruthless killer with a hunger for power and a need to set specials apart from regular human beings. He is known for his long-winded speeches and suffers from Delusions of Grandeur. This, however, is his stepping stone to acheive the ultimate goal in life: world domination.
