Carmen Ivan Whitfield (October 19th, 2610-March 30th, 2696) was a senior member and former party Finance Minister for the Fascist Authority Party, serving from 2641 until the late 2680s when he retired. He was considered the last, true remaining member of the "Resurgence of 2641" lead by Spenzer Roderick and Allen Green since by the time he retired, he was the only member left over by the original Roderick-Green coalition that refounded the Fascist Authority Party. Spenzer oderick and Allen Green appointed him to the position of party Finance Minister the same year of the Resurgence and throughout his tenure Whitfield was responsible for writing every piece of economic legislation proposed by the Fascist Authority Party in that period.
